Awesome! We can’t believe how lucky we have been to find you and your home. It is better than being at home. You have got it just right. As hosts you could not have been better. Clint, you’re a star for taking care of Chris that day you took him skiing. If ever you are in the UK please look us up and we will try and return your hospitality.

Thank you for everything!

We just wish you guys had an olive pitter and maybe a bear in a cage - That would have been a true experience! Your place is amazing. Especially the new fridge. We’re glad that we were here to see it delivered. Four months is a long time to wait.

Thank you for the week long stay

Staying with you is like staying with family. This place is outstanding and the two of you are like two peas in a pod. Molly is also special too. I plan to return and spend many more wonderful moments here.

Yeah - A one-year celebration of this wonderful home’s guest book. Very cute and cozy guest room and everything else! Clint and Emily, thank you very much for this unique experience of staying at your house. You are brave people! Our friends visited us here, saw what they have been missing at the Marriott and decided to book your guest house next year! Everything is so great. We loved Molly (the brown dog) very much.

Where do we start…? Ha! An adventure for sure. Thank you for your warm hospitality, awesome shower, hot tub and bed. You home is a retreat! Despite our snowshoeing escape and our little auto hiatus, we loved our time in Steamboat and staying at your guest house. Redemptions coming, we’ll be back!

Clint & Emily ~

Thanks so much for opening your home to us. Food recommendations were superb! It as a pleasure to get to see Miss Molly and we will be in touch to check on her. May God richly bless your marriage and future.

PS - We love Ken. He reminds us of our oldest son! As for a suggestion, a couple of small chairs in the bay window or one in the cove under the bookshelves would be awesome. Then if we did want to, we could sit in here. The size of the shower was more than wonderful!!

[Note: In the fall of 2008 we took Pamela’s suggestion and added a cozy chair under the bookshelf. A great spot to read or watch the new 26 inch LCD flat panel TV that we also added.]

Emily & Clint, thanks so much for giving us a home away from home. Your reception of us was great & the accomodations were wonderful…besides you guys & Molly, the shower is the best part. This is more than just a place to stay, you guys are a warm and engaging couple who have become our friends. We’re so glad we chose something “different” and that your room was available.

Thanks for letting us share your home. We had a very nice 4th of July weekend. Good weather, good fireworks and a good time in Steamboat. We recommend the ‘Cantina’ for excellent salsa, food and service. As always another great find on VRBO.com - enjoyed the park at the end of the street.

Dear Emily, Clint and Molly - Thank you for a wonderful week. Your warmth and easy going style made our stay remarkable. The cozy couches, warm fire, layers of down comforters, multi-head shower were great but pale in comparison to the warmth of your welcome. You made us feel right at home!

Thank you! Kate, Jeb and Austin - Connecticut

Well, so far we are just so thrilled that we are here. The week flew by so quickly. It was everything I had hoped for and more! Alan and I had a great time hanging out with Clint and Emily and Molly girl! The smores on the fire were the best. Love the house and when I return to Florida, Alan and I will dream of that wonderfully comfortable bed. Look foward to returning again soon.

One of the best ski lodging experiences I’ve had. A bus stop to the lifts 25 feet from the front door, great house, hot tub, cool hosts, and a great price! This is a bargain by any measure. I’ll definitely book again.

Mike - Denver, Colorado

December 25, 2007

Steamboat ski house - fabulous bang for your buck! We’ve stayed all along the front range and you absolutely can’t beat Steamboat for the lightest, fluffiest, don’t mind falling on your face kind of snow. Honestly, it’s more like visiting friends than paying for lodging. If you play your cards right, you just might be privy to Steamy B’s best BBQ or an after-slope brew where the locals hang. You may even meet a pirate in the book store who can be bribed to sell you a secret map of in-bounds powder stashes.

If you drop by, please give our best to Molly Brown the snow porpoise and star of the show. Arggghhh! We shall return!

Lindsey and Matt - Denver, Colorado

The house is adorable, the stove is warm, the hot tub is hot, the sleeping is cozy - what more could you ask for after a day of skiing in Steamboat?

Clint and Emily are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. The convenience of the bus stop at the end of the driveway and the free ride to the slopes was wonderful! I look forward to staying there again someday!

Laura - Denver, Colorado

What gracious hosts. Clint and Emily were the core of my Steamboat experience.

The bus stop is literally across the street. The hot tub is fun and the wood stove is toasty. You cannot stay here without experiencing the shower.

Next time I visit Steamboat, I’m coming back here.

Dominique - Denver, Colorado

Fantastic house. Fantastic location. Fantastic views.

Steamboat Champagne Powder, hot tub views of the Gondola on a snowy evening and a nice warm fire in the stove are memories my wife and kids will never forget.
